By accessing and using Go-To-Prod services operated by 7forge, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Go-To-Prod provides AI prototype to production application development services. Our services include:
Base Price: Starting at ... for standard AI prototype to production conversion.
Additional Services: Optional add-ons are available at additional cost as specified on our website.
Payment Terms: 100% payment is required upfront via invoice before development begins.
Currency: All prices are in EUR (€).
Development Timeline: 14 calendar days from payment confirmation to delivery of production-ready application.
Requirements Meeting: Initial Google Meet call within 24 hours of submission to align on requirements and expectations.
Delivery Guarantee: If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline, you are entitled to a full refund.
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the base price.
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you retain full ownership of the final production application and all associated code.
Source Code: Complete source code will be provided upon project completion.
Third-Party Components: Any third-party libraries or services used will be properly licensed and documented.
7forge's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Before Development Starts: Full refund available if cancelled before development begins.
During Development: Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed.
Late Delivery: Full refund if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
